you press CTRL + ALT and the up, down, right, or left arrows.
You don't rotate the angle, you rotate an object by that angle, for example if you had to rotate something 180o it would flip over.
you grab the camcorder and flip the screen to reveal your own face and if you want to see what your filming you just flip the screen back to the front
Flip is completely flip over the shape, rotate is just tilting it. With flipping a shape the side which originally faced upwards will face down. With rotating it just spins around on its axis.
If you're talking about a computer screen, I assume you have a laptop and therefore are able to flip the screen by bending it back and forth.
for me, I can flip the screen right side up by ctrl-alt up arroe
It means it can be controled usin the motion sensors of your phone, it can sense the motion and work, such as if you flip the phone right the screen will rotate right too u can also play motion games with this feature.........
