I wouldn’t. The tattoo is piercing your skin with small needles and the tetanus shot could make you more sensitive to the tattoo process. You could also have a reaction to the shot.

The tetanus shot has a mild aching pain associated with it at the injection shot for a day or two, but I have never had an issue with it. With where I work and live, I make sure to keep mine up to date.

My blood pressure has never been high but the day after having a tetanus shot it was over 150 and my heart rate hovered around 100 for a few days before coming down.
