I wouldn’t. The tattoo is piercing your skin with small needles and the tetanus shot could make you more sensitive to the tattoo process. You could also have a reaction to the shot.
it is not good for you to but you can if you want to get injured
See your doctor as soon as possible, if you believe you may have been exposed to tetanus.
Your not use to being shot all the time and sometimes when you get more than one shot in the same arm, it begins to swell up. Soon enough before three days the swelling will stop and return to its regular self.
Even to day, some one comes and ask for ATS injection. Anti tetanus serum injection is very dangerous to give. The patient may get the anaphylactic reaction. This preparation is no longer used. Any serum preparation is dangerous. You need to be protected by anti tetanus injection. With proper wound care the anti tetanus serum is not required.
Probably not, but if you should become infected by the bacteria that causes tetanus, it will save you a lot of pain and a lengthy stay in the hospital. Most infection occur through a would such as a cut or puncture. You will not die just because you did not get the shot, you have to be infected by the bacteria to have any adverse affects at all. The tetanus shot has a mild aching pain associated with it at the injection shot for a day or two, but I have never had an issue with it. With where I work and live, I make sure to keep mine up to date.
In my area, tetanus vaccine is given at any time of day.
Yes, it is safe to get a tattoo and a piercing on the same day. There is nothing that suggests otherwise, unless you intend to put a piercing over an area that has already been tattooed on the same day, which may lead to infection or destruction of the tattoo. If you can take the pain, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to get a tattoo and a piercing on the same day.
yes you may..
I haven't found anything documented but I had this experience. My blood pressure has never been high but the day after having a tetanus shot it was over 150 and my heart rate hovered around 100 for a few days before coming down. Also had muscular spasms (generalized), anxiety, and hives for a few days afterwards
Yes, mixing tattoo ink is done every day in the tattoo studio. It works pretty much just the same as mixing any other kinds of ink.
i wore my sweater same day as getting my tattoo done on my wrist just as long as it doesnt rub against or touch the area where you were tattooex to much then you should be fine
It is not absolutely necessary, but the sooner the better (I would not wait more than 2 days though). The reason for this is that the virus does not spread extremely rapidly, but the area of the injury can become infected within the first hour or so after cut or punctured.
