Depends on what state you are, but if you want it to be done legally it's going to be VERY difficult because your fiance can, and probably will be takes to court under a case of stagetory rape (this offence is applicable even if you did give him conscent or not). In addition, since you are sixteen, I don't think that the judge will allow you to live on your own with him. However, the law has many loop-hoples, so you and a lawyer may be able to get this done wihtout any jail time or fines or permanent recoreds. But legally, in certain states like Alabama one can get married as young as the age of fourteen with a parents permission. Look up the law in your state and more importantly your county and see what is says.
It is certainly an option. With parental permission a 16 year old can get married in most places. Think carefully about your future and what you want out of life.
no because if you are a teen you cant get married without permission and you arnt old enough to get married plus 16 year olds arnt supposed to get pregnant
... only if the pregnant 16-year-old is a man.... in any other case, NO!
Yes.
With parental permission.
Spouse indicates that you're married. No, it is not illegal for your spouse to get pregnant.
No. why? because there is a proper age wherein a person can be married.
the 16 year old new a parent consent
The 16 year old will have to have his/her parents sign a consent form allowing their child to marry. If they refuse to sign, the 16 year old cannot legally get married. It makes not difference if one of the people is pregnant or not.
Pregnant or not the 16 year old would have to have parents written consent. Call the place where marriage licenses are issued.
Yes, with parental permission.
The 16yo have to be accompanied by her parents when getting the license.
If the minors' parents consent they can get a marriage license.
