let me guess. your asking this because your 14 and all your friends have girlfriends but you dont. you probably feel weird and left out. but dont. everyone has their own time to be in a relationship.

Depends on how your parents feel about it. And hers. If your parents fight it, you might have to look into emancipation but you have to meet specific requirements if you decide to go that way.
