Yes you can replace your brake pads but it would be cheaper if you wait until you need a new rotor. I recommended waiting because its way better than replacing it before you need a new rotor.

Just like any other vehicle... Remove wheel, remove caliper, remove pads, replace pads, replace caliper, replace wheel. Do NOT get any grease on the pads or the rotor. If you do, clean it off with brake cleaner, not some other cleaner.

Unless the caliper is broken, you can just replace the brake pads.
Lift the car on a car jack, remove the tire, remove the brake shoe/calipers, and remove the old brake pads. Next, dispose of the old brake pads, put in the new brake pads, replace the brake shoe/calipers, replace the tire and lower the car to the ground.
