Most species of lobster and crayfish are carnivores and will still rip chunks out of your Koi even if they don't manage to catch and kill them immediately. I would not even consider the idea.

I'm not sure if you mean in the pond water or around the pond. You should have a profesional install any lighting that will be exposed to water. But you can find lighting for the garden online. Hoe Depot online would be a good choice.
Join a wildlife group that helps creatures reach their destinations safely. Instead of buying a bottle of water, keep a reusable (not plastic) bottle. Build a pond in your backyard to help species whose homes are being destroyed. Visit a wetland nature reserve.

Aslong as it is not a protected species I do not believe so, now releasing fish from a home aquarium or pond into public waters is illegal.

I have 2 mud turtles in my backyard pond with a dozen goldfish and small koi. The turtles are too slow to catch the fish but sure wiped out the snail population...
