Nearly any comprehensive online school offers an anatomy and physiology course, especially those who offer degrees in the healthcare industry. Check out http://education-portal.com's online anatomy and physiology course list as a starting point for researching where to go, but keep in mind your ultimate career goal when choosing where to participate in a class for this subject
yes. but most likely you would have to study it anyway in the medicine course.. depends on the country and school you are in..
If you have an interest in gene sequencing it would be a good idea to go take a medical course. Some of the places to learn would be a local college or a technical school. Might even be able to do it online.
Probably. It depends on your specific school. You should ask your guidance counselor questions like this. At my high school, only one science course was required in order to graduate. There was a slight stigma associated with the "General Science" class (it was usually referred to as "science for dummies"), so most people who didn't want to take more than one science class but also didn't want to take "General Science" took Biology instead. They could alternatively have taken Physics or Chemistry, but these were widely regarded as being more difficult.
The most practical place to take Phlebotomy classes would be at the University of California. You may also take these classes at a medical school in your area or online.
Phlebotomy training is available online through multiple venues and typically costs $300 -$700. While online training offers the advantage of taking classes on a variable schedule, most online schools recommend hands-on training in addition to the online coursework.

Yes. You can visit www.phleb.com or www.phlebotomy.com to learn more about their online phlebotomy programs. Online training can take up to a year, especially when there is an internship involved.
You can take them at any community college at your area.
There are online classes for just about anything you can think of nowdays. Many classes are compatible with online non "brick and mortar" settings, unfortunatly phlebotomy would not be one of them. Since phlebotomy would require acts like drawing blood, this is not something you would be able to learn online. The theory behind phlebotomy and some of the requirements needed to become a phlebotomist would be able to be learned online but I think you would not be able to find online phlebotomy classes. You can check out http://ezinearticles.com/?Phlebotomy-Online-Schools&id=241030 for more information on this. Good Luck!

Yes, there are online Driver's Ed courses available. However, unless you have already graduated from high school, dropped out and have a GED, been homeschooled, or the course is not offered at your school....then you are not applicable to take the online course.
