No. It looks like you cannot use I-PASS on Kansas toll roads, according to both the I-PASS and K-TAG websites. If you plan to use the Kansas toll roads a lot, you might look into obtaining the K-TAG, since the tag is currently free and you could save 20% on the tolls.
You can calculate your tolls based on your expected route by going on the toll road websites. You will likely be travelling the Illinois Toll Road, Possibly the Chicago Skyway, Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania Turnpikes. Typically this costs about $50 each way for a regular vehicle if paying cash, or about $35 each way with an EZ pass.
Arkansas and Missouri are in between Texas and Illinois.
As of 7/28/2022, none of the Texas toll authorities recognize Illinois' I-Pass for tolls. Note that the Tolling authorities in Texas are not as centralized as they are in other places. For example, the Houston area is covered by the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA), where the toll roads in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area are covered by the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA). Caveat that the NTTA does not administer tolls on the express lanes there, which adds another authority in the mix. There appear to be additional toll areas around Tyler, Austin, and El Paso, but I don't have time to figure all of them out as I do not typically visit those parts of Texas. For what it is worth, the HCTRA EZ-TAG claims to be universally accepted across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Unlike EZ-Pass in the northeast and I-Pass in Illinois, the device is not transferable to other vehicles, leaving you at the mercy of the rental car agency and their add-on fees on top of the tolls for driving a rental vehicle equipped for toll road use in Texas. They seem to have quite the racquet going on there in the Lone Star with their rigid and inflexibility on display for those that know better from elsewhere to observe and endure while visiting. Not too friendly for the state that still has 'Drive Friendly' signs in place of the 'Drive Safely' signs seen elsewhere. As you may have deduced, I do not live in Texas. While I can appreciate how big Texas really is, they do not appear to be thinking big picture with all of this mess they have created around collecting tolls. This is not atypical there if you study the history of the state. If you need to drive your privately-owned vehicle in Texas, it seems like the best deal going is with the HCTRA EZ-TAG. Opening an account is current $20, and the first 8 tags on your account are free (one per vehicle you want covered on the account). It is the one I have acquired for personal road trips to Texas, and has proven to save me time maneuvering around Houston. Since my employer has policy discouraging me from renting vehicles with toll tags on them, I spend a bit of extra time in traffic when I am there on business with a rental vehicle.

Texas to California by road is 1,575 miles. About 22 hours 49 minutes. You would pass through the states of New Mexico and Arizona.
The best thing about using I-Pass in Illinois is just a matter of saving time. For those living in and around Chicago, it is a time saver because the majority of people who pay at toll booths don't have the pass and thus have to wait to hand money to the operators.
No Florida does not honor the I-pass.
In florida you would only have to pass road rules.
The Road from Elephant Pass was created in 2008.
If you have already gone through the tunnel or one of Sydney's other cashless toll roads, you must buy an E-pass within 48 hours of your trip. This is done by going to http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/usingroads/etoll/pass/index.html and filling out the form for the E-toll pass. Please be informed, you are not to buy an e-toll TAG, but an E-toll PASS. You must purchase an E-pass unless you already have an e-tag, which you would know if you did.
The duration of The Road from Elephant Pass is 2 hours.
