Theoretically yes (the chips inside are the same) but Apple (who make Mac OS) make it so that Mac Os will only work on Apple's own brand computers and sue anybody who tries to crack this. Thus the answer is NO.
Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac is created by Microsoft for Apple's Mac computers and it requires Mac OS X to work. A Dell is not an Apple Mac and is not running Mac OS X and so Office 2008 for Mac will not work.
The licencing conditions you agree to when installing Apple's Mac OS X only allow it to be installed on hardware made by Apple.
A Dell router using standard settings will work with a Mac. If there is a wireless network already established then the Mac should be able to connect to that.
Mac OS X is an operating system released by Apple Inc. It is designed for Apple branded computers, which is why you will never see a Dell, or an HP computer run Mac OS X. There are only two important versions of Mac OS X, Mac OS X Server, and regular Mac OS X. Mac OS X server was designed for servers, while regular Mac OS X was designed for most computers. The current version of Mac OS X (10.6) is named Snow Leopard.
Mac OS 9 software requires Mac OS 9, which was discontinued in 2002, to work. Early versions of Mac OS X came with Mac OS 9 included (referred to as Classic mode) which could be activated from System Preferences. The latest versions of Mac OS X no longer support Classic mode. It will depend upon your specific Mac model whether a version of Mac OS 9 can be persuaded to work.
yes but it's illegal and very hard
As far as I can tell, you can't run an a920 on a Mac. They don't have the drivers to support it on OS
Picasa and IPhoto are two different programs. Picasa will work on a Dell, but many Mac users have problems with it. IPhoto will work on a Mac, but many Dell users can't use it.
FrostWire will work on a Mac which is running Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
iPhone apps work on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) they will not work on a Mac running Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) or any other Mac OS X version
Some people have had success with the Lexmark X9350 drivers for Mac OS X (See links below) with a Dell 966. The Dell printer needs to be set up to work wirelessly from the panel on the printer. But the whole thing seems to be a bit hit and miss with no guarantee of success.
Driver Whiz will not work with the Mac OS.
