Matty B is, himself, only 11 (soon to be 12). So it's not completely unreasonable, though 11 or even 12 is awfully young to be "dating." A better question might be "When Matty B is old enough to date, would he date someone that's 11 years old in December 2014?" and the answer to that is "probably, because that's pretty close to how old he is, and people often choose to date those that are at least approximately their own age."

However, I'd bet that the reason you asked is because you really want to know "Will Matty B date me?" and the answer to that question is "almost certainly not, because he doesn't know you and probably never will know you."
