However most people can make it work on Vista by running compatibility mode in XP and also running it as an administrator.To better help you make this work you are also going to need the "OBLIVION PATCH v1.2.0416" from the official website.

to input a code on oblivion press the ` key. Its the key under esc. The only bad thing is if you use a computer with windows vista you cannot enter codes and the button does nothing.
Maplestory will work on any Vista computers as long as they are not 64bit.
Shivering Isles is an expansion pack to Oblivion, and can't work without it.
