Even in the European release of FFX, Omega Weapon still only has 1 million HP while Emerald Weapon has Aire Tam Storm, which is really mean as it does more damage when you have more materia, which can really be an insane attack. Out of these three Ruby weapon is definitely the hardest. Emerald weapon is fairly difficult but is susceptible to the "Lucky Sevens" status which can take away about half of his HP right off the bat. If "Lucky Sevens" is attempted on Ruby weapon it will hit for 0 damage every time. Also Ruby weapon is much more resistant to physical and magic attacks. Omega weapon is probably the easiest since you can abuse the items "Holy War" and "Hero" to make yourself invincible or Rinoa's combine ability "Invincible Moon" to also make yourself invincible.
