That is a question you need to ask your doctor or pharmacist.
It doesn't make sense for your doctor to prescribe 2 different brands of the same medication expecting you to take them both.
Most likely your doctor messed up - but maybe not, the pharmacist should have alerted you.
Call your pharmacy or doctor right away to find out.
Yes.Providing you don't overdo it and take to much
Not always, but it all depends on the amount taken and how often it is being taken.
You can but it is not recommended. If taken in large doses or if someone has no tolerance to either the opiate (Oxycontin) or the benzodiazepine (diazepam), the person may experience slowed breathing and a slowed heart beat. Either one can be so severe to the point of death. But if taken cautiously and responsibly, it is possible to survive a dosing of Oxycontin and diazepam and have a fun time while doing it. Just don't drink any alcohol, none! It will raise your chance of dying from both those drugs by like 600%
Oxycontin and Oxycodone are the same thing. Oxycontin is made from Oxycodone. Oxycontin is time released so it continuously release the medicine and oxycodone is not time released. It depends on how much of each you take. Say if you take a 40 MG Oxycontin pill and and 4 Oxycodone 10/325, you feel the effects of the 4 oxycodone pills because the Oxycontin time released but they are the same thing. Whichever one you take more MG of will be stronger.
No definitely not. Vicodin is Hydrocodone. Oxycontin is a timed-release Oxycodone medicine. Also Vicodin is formulated with Acetaminophen(Tylenol).
yes oxcodone time released tabs is the same as oxycontin.
MScontin is time released Morphine sulfate (12 hours) at different doses available. Oxycontin is time released oxycodone example of Oxycodone is percocet/with tylenol. Oxycontin also has nothing added to it such as Tylenol. Oxycontin is just oxycodone in a 12hr release formula and made at different doses.
Oxycontin is time release, and oxycodone is not.
oxycodin is either a misspelling for oxycodone or Oxycontin. Oxycontin is pure oxycodone into a pill, with inert binders. It is the name of the pill. Oxycodone is the name of the chemical in the pill. Technically they are the same thing... "Technically they are the same thing..." >>>Not really true. Oxycodone is the drug itself, yes. Oxycontin is a time-release version of the medication. If you look at two medications, one oxycodone and one Oxycontin, then you are looking at an immediate-release pill and a time-release pill. Be very careful with these drugs. Taking too many can make you very, very sick, and Oxycontin should NEVER be crushed or broken.
Yes. B-12 has no adverse affects on the oxycontin.
I am not sure of the exact time it takes for oxycodone to leave your system. I took Oxycodone, which Oxycontin is made from, and I passed a drug test four days later. I haven't looked this up but i think the standard time is 72 hours(3 days).
I do!
depends if you have a tolerance or not. If you have been taking them for a long time, i may not do very much but help with your pain. BUT, if you have never taken them before it will prob kill you.
