No The PSP Go does not have the power. People with the new iPad Model released (Mar 12) found out what happens when you try to play game on a portable device. They get hot. A Sony PSP Go can not play a PS3 game because it does not have the power. The battery would not last and the device would overheat. It takes a console connected to a electrical outlet and developed for those style games.
The same is true about the new PS Vita not being able to play PS3 games.
