In my opinion it does. I started Fluoxetine (generic prozac) about 6 days into it, I started breaking out in a rash on my back. Today I went to the doctor and he said it looked like Shingles and I was having pain and all associated with Shingles. I also, from first day of taking the meds, developed a serious head cold/flu like symptoms. My doctor took me off of the meds in case it is the cause of the cold/flu and shingles. Hope this helps. Funny I never had issues with it before.
