It could, but it won't be. Two problems exist that prevent it:

First, the wreck is very deep. To raise a wreck requires potentially hundreds of hours for divers to prepare it. The water is too deep for divers to go.

Second, as Titanic sank, she broke up, in fact breaking in half before any of her hull went under.

Dr. Ballard and his team were able to bring up many artifacts that are now part of the Titanic Exhibit, some of the exhibit does travel so that people all over the world can experience some of the tragedy and lost majesty of Titanic.

No, RMS Titanic is in too many pieces to be raised intact from the sea floor, even if we had the technology to attempt that at such a depth (which we do not).
