You must have the first Lego Star Wars or else this doesn't work. Once you have unlocked all the people in the first Lego Star Wars this extra is available. This will allow you to play as the people from the first Lego Star Wars in Lego Star Wars II.
It did for me. But the problem is after 3 to 4 hours played straight it crashes, so be sure to save every once in a while.
