No human can fly naturally. It is absolutely impossible. Any of those magicians that fly over buildings or walk on water, well, those are all tricks.

He could if he boarded a plane!!! Tied him to a handglider, hell of a lot of hydrogen balloons, a hot air balloon...although....on his own I doubt he could operate anything without an electronic interface translator from his speech translator to the method itself
