My dog has Allergies and the vet recommended Children's Benadryl tablet formula. You give 1mg per pound of the dog. So a 15 lb dog would get 15mg. However, the tablets for children come as 12.5mg. One tablet seems to work fine for my 15lb dog. Hope this helps!
