I've taken it twice with the same result- not involuntary, but i could not lie still, and even felt the need to 'shake out' my hands and feet every minute or two- absolutely miserable because i really needed to sleep, but it was impossible for approx 3 hrs. also have had this reaction to NyQuil- not sure if it uses the same ingredient or not.
