I wouldn't recommend it. Hamster can very easily get ill from being wet and it could kill them. If your trying to clean your hamster's fur you can buy chinchilla sand from a pet store just make sure it's not dust. (dust could kill it)
Also you can buy small animal shampoo from the store just make sure you dry them completely right after your bathe him.
