I plan on doing this. Once you complete the graduation requirements, volunteer hours, classes, literacy test, etc. you are free to leave as far as I know. I've talked to my guidance counsellors about it and they haven't mentioned anything about needing parental permission. Besides, once you finish all the requirements you're technically done and they can't keep you.
