As both of you are minors and at the same time you are pregnant and the father of the child is only eighteen years old , you both could be arrested for having sex, He may face more serious charges as he hs made you pregnant as well. But you will go to the juvenile court.

Your boyfriend would go to jail for a very long time and you would probably be sent to Youth Services instead of going back to your parents. Your parents can be arrested too for allowing that to happen. This is NOT a good idea.
