Certainly there are people younger than 15 working in bars in some countries of the world.
to work as waiter where you can only serve alcohol , you have to be 18 to work behind the bar where you going to to make drinks you have to be 21

I would think the most likely answer to be a big fat no, unless you live in Greece, where you can drink as soon as you're the height of the bar.
They can work in a Bar if they have their RSl but they cannot serve alcohol until they are 18.

A 16 year old can get a job just about anywhere in Sugar Land, TX. He/she wouldn't be able to work in a bar, but would be able to work in restaurants and retail stores.
