Everyone can make their own decisions. Whether they are allowed to act on them is another story.
Having a baby does not automatically make the girl and adult. It does give her certain rights to look after the child and make sure she and the child are safe. It does not relieve her parents of their responsibility to take care of her.
the gardian or parent
No, you are still a minor and you only have emancipation regarding medical decisions regarding you and the baby. Everything else you still need parental permission for until you are 18.
Having a baby does not make you an adult. It certainly does not emancipate you.
i think it's illegal. has to be 18 years or older to make own decisions
no.... fistly she should make a career.. you can have a baby at any age but you cant make a career if this age is passed and you did nothing!!! !!
No, having a baby does not automatically make a 16-year-old a legal adult in Indiana. In Indiana, the legal age of majority is 18 years old. However, becoming a parent does come with added legal responsibilities for the minor.
Not really. The 14 years old girl would first have to be 18-21... In order to be able to make decisions like that (if living in U.S.A)
baby sitting
You aren't 18, so not for yourself, but you will probably be able to make some choises for the baby.
No but the sex to create that baby is illegal.
in a year a president can make a few if he is wise,a little more if he is both strong and wise,a many decisions if he is wise ,strong, and have confidence that he could make the country better.........
No. When having a baby the only emancipation you have is making decisions regarding your child and medical decisions for yourself. You are not emancipated in any other ways and still have to do what your parents say.
