Yes you can but you got knoe how to work out if you skinny stickk do push ups till your like 15 then start weight if you naturally fit then yes but becarful with the weight safety first :) this advice you talkin is from me a real bodybuilder [. ][ .]

∙ 10y agoThis would probably be a matter of the policy of the individual gym in question. They may not want children there because of liability issues.
The sorts of things you do in a gym may not be healthy for a ten year old.
