Well it depends. All states but Nebraska require the couple to be 18 to marry without parental permission. In Nebraska it's 19. A few states waive this requirement if there is a pregnancy but then you most likely still have to have court approval.

If you are pregnant/already have kids there are a few states who allow you to get married without parental consent but then you must have permission from a court.

And even with parental approval, most states require court approval when you are 16 or less.
