if you go to court and get legally emancipated from your parents, its like being 18 so you could move anywhere. But you have to be able to prove that you can support yourself fully without any help from your parents first and have a good reason why you want to be emancipated. Its a long process and if you are turning 18 in the next 6 months i would just wait.
