If you are 18 years old in the U.S., you are considered a legal adult. You can do pretty much anything you want as long as it's legal, including moving out of state without anyone else's consent. However, it would be wise to let a family member know where you are going, because it's surprising how quickly and easily things can go wrong when you are first "on your own".
