yeah and he can drink because you only have to be 18 to get served alcohol anyway so he can go with out his parents and have a drink
ys. but the 16 year can not drink even if the parents say they can. parents can not let there child break hte law
You have to be 21 to drink.
If the drinking age is 21 then NO. It does not matter if they are your parents, if they are to buy you a alcoholic drink then they can go to jail for distributing to a minor.
actually, yes you can. It states that if your under 21, you can go in a bar with your parents and drink. They have to buy the beer though (obviously) but state law says that you can drink beer with your parents underaged at a bar. Most counties though stop at 9PM.
Any age with parents, but 21 to drink. Unless you're in Europe. Then you must be 16 to drink in a bar.
The age is 21 to drink all over the United States.
Yes. In fact, the Michigan Bar Association requires a legal name change for anyone who passes the Bar. This is done in honor of the first attorney general of Michigan, James P. Bellefoit, who had always wished that his parents had named him Mark.
State Bar of Michigan was created in 1935.
The age at which someone can drink is subject to state law and is not uniform in the US. Parents that allow minors to drink can be charged with a crime, but generally if a meal is ordered and a little wine is poured for a teenager, that won't cause a problem, but that's about as far as it goes.
No. The only way to drink in Wisconsin when you are underage is if you are with your parents and your last names match on your IDs. Even then it is bar discretion on if they will allow it, although most places do.
No. If the age for admission is 18 or 21, that is the cut off. A parent does not change that.
