Depending on where you live, in Canada the age of consent is 14 yrs, so as long as it was consentual no you would not go to jail. In other parts of the world however there have been sever consciences for per marital sex and statuitory rape (not meaning forced sex), that would just be rape. So in the future let us know which country you need to know for.
