NO. The 245/75-16 is 4.63% (1.77") larger in overall diameter. Anything over a 3% difference is not acceptable. Your speedometer would read 57.2 at a true 60 mph. Handling, ride, braking, performance, and fuel mileage will be adversely effected. Stick with the OEM size.
