I'm not a doctor, but I would venture to say no. First of all, most "childrens'' cold medicine is for ages 4 and up and doesn't even contain the phenylephrine. Second: even adults have to get the stuff from BEHIND the counter.
Unless your doctor tells you it's ok, DON'T DO IT. just my thoughts.
