no because it is to yonge
No not all border collies are hyper. it depends how you raise them. if they get no exersize and get over fed your border collie will be lazy. if you take your collie for walks about 4-7 times a week and keep him on a good diet your border collie will be fit and hyper, but they wont be over hyper even fit border collies can be lazy sometimes.
Sell your border collie. Losing 3 pounds a week, with exercise, is the most that you can safely lose in a week.
Puppies that young only drink milk.
Considering you want to leave your HYPERACTIVE BORDER COLLIE alone for so long, they need to burn off all that energy that you as an owner kept pent up. If you leave them that long (with out being boarded or where somone can take care of them) then you have to run, walk, jog, play and do everything you can when you come home to burn off that HYPERACTIVE BORDER COLLIE's hyperactiveness! Never leave your dog along for days at a time, only hours.
It can if you are just going to work or something, as long as you give it lots of water and food, of but not if you are going on holiday for a long time.
yes
You should give them a bath at least once a week. Well at least that's what I did with my beagle Cassy.

Yes, you can take a steam bath and a sauna bath in the same session, especially if you take some time and cool down between them. Many find that the health benefits of a sauna or steam bath can be maximized if you use them at least 2 times per week. You can take a sauna or steam bath every day if you wish.

three times aweek is sufficient in one week
you don't need to bath them because they take a bath themselves. i think you only do that once a week if they didnt do it. just dip them in water...
