Bearings are dirt cheap-never install a used one.
No. The Pontiac headers will not bolt up to the Chevy small block.

Yes - the 68-72 Nova hoods, door skins, fenders, quarters fit 73 and 74. The only difference is the front clip (grill, lights, bumpers, front windows).
some have coil spings some have leaf spring but will interchange
look in the door jam my 68 c-60 says 24000
ship weight; 8' fleetside 3720lbs 8' stepside 3649lbs
Yes. The only difference besides the inside door panel is the 73-74 doesn't have the wing vent window like the 68 -72.
Depending on what type of modifications you are willing to make and your fabricating/mechanical skills, yes. Most 1968 GM trucks came with coil springs, trailing arms, and a panhard bar. You would have to remove the leaf spring perches from the 1977 rear, and determine the location of the ANGLED perches for the trailing arms. You would also have to fabricate a bracket for the panhard bar that attaches to the passenger side of the center of the housing. Your wheels would have to be changed as the 68' has 6-lug and the 77' has 5-lug. The 77 is slightly wider as well, you would have to measure to make sure the wheels you use will fit. If you are installing the 77' rear in a 68' truck with leaf springs, I'm pretty sure its almost a bolt-in deal other than the change in bolt pattern on the wheels.
68 Camero or some dual fuel setups, IE TBI 454
I would assume so. I have a Chevy 454 in my 68 GTO, and it fits fine. I just used chevelle Motor Mounts. Bolted right to the a-body frame. However my hood on the 68 might have more room from the ram air set up.
