Answer: Yes, However, there are risks such as birth defects and low birth weight. thats not true.my cat bamma had kittens when she was one and after Its one it takes 6 months to have more kits
Yes. The only way to have fewer is to keep her in once you know she is in heat. Cats can have kittens with multiple father cats, so each time she gets out, she is liable to have more kittens. Actually, spaying the cat eliminates the issue.
It is possible for two reasons:
1-Boy cats can impregnate a female cat at six months of age.
2-Cats don't have the type of memory to know that another cat is its relative, meaning that the boy cat doesn't know the female cat is its mom (and the mom doesn't know the boy cat is its kid, either).
Yes, a six-month old kitten is very likely to have reached sexual maturity and able to breed. This is why it is recommended to have the cat neutered as soon as possible. If the kitten is healthy and weighs enough, it may be neutered as young as two months old, although the usual age for this procedure is four to six months.
Its impossible to say. The number of kittens differs from case to case and doesn't depend on the mother cat's age, size or any other factor. At six months, she shouldn't be having kittens at all, as this is putting her life and her unborn litter at great risk. At six months, she isn't even fully grown yet. Letting her have kittens is putting her life at huge risk.
Nooo an eight week old kitten can not get a baby! you gotta be a cat to have kittens.
Yeah....female kittens can have kittens at 4-6 months old. Cats are no longer considered kittens at one year old, they are adult cats.
Most likely, yes. Almost all male cats have gone through puberty by that time.
Difference between direct access and random access
yes that is verry bad take it to a vet
If you do decide to get a kitten for a companion for your cat you need to slowly introduce the two together. They may not like each other at first.
No
Once a month, during ovulation.
Un-altered male cats are called Tom Cats.
When a 9 month old shih tzu female puppy and a male 11 month old puppy get stuck together when the female had gone into heat, it is possible she can be pregnant.
My Oscar is 5 months now.. and he has 3,5kg... he's not fat.. he's very muscular every muscle is visible...
Im having the same problem. I have a male cat that was neutered about a month and a half ago and 2 female cats (The "mommy" is about a year and a half old and so is the male) We also have an unfixed 4 month old female Kitten. The male cat has been in "heat" for a couple of days and continiously trying to do the deed with the older female cat. Shes not fixed but IS pregnant and about to give birth in a week or two. Hes not going near the kitten though. Could it be that maybe the vets didnt remove all the tissue properly? Besides bringing the cat to the vet what other suggestions might people have?
I have a male black kitten and I named it Leo but his full name is Leonardo. Give your kitten a name that you'll be comfortable with for a long time. The kitten won't worry about it. There are no rules (shoulds).
Pregnant. A female cat is called a Queen and a male cat is a Tom. When the Cat is having her kittens, it is called Queening.
