You can't! Vampires are just a myth. (An awesome myth!)
Not unless some form of artificial insemination is being used to impregnate them. Female guinea pigs cannot self-impregnate.
The seagull has to be chased from the bell tower. (see related question)
In folklore and mythology, becoming a vampire typically involves being bitten or attacked by a vampire. Other traditions may include rituals or curses that can turn someone into a vampire without being bitten.
Teeth and being bitten
by being bitten by a vampire
Yes. These animals are unique because they are "born on the run" so to speak. They are born with all of their hair, all of their teeth, eyes wide open and ready to run. They can be handled as soon as they are dry from the birthing. Be gentle, but firm enough to keep the baby from struggling free of your hold. Do not hold them for too long at one time. Handling these babies early like this insures the babies will be hand tamed and good for any age person to handle without fear of being bitten.
