No, she is not old enough. Something could happen in 15 minutes. The youngest legal age to stay home alone, not babysitting, is 12 years old. What do you think now?
yes its legal from the age of 13, it does not matter what age they are and were, as long as the house is safly locked, my brother was only 15 and he looked after me and my neice. so it would be ok.
No, you have to be around 15/16+ to stay at home with a younger sibling/relative.
yes if s/he is trustworthy
no they can't
A 12 year old can baby sit
Absolutely NOT!!! No matter how responsible, 16 years old is not an appropriate age to stay home alone for that amount of time.
A 15 year old cannot move out of the home without the parents' consent. If the parents agree, the child can live with her brother.
If the parents and the court agree to it. Not likely since it is across state lines.
definitly not!
no they are not no one is to old to stay home
