very unlikely. i wouldn't trust my children to a sitter under 16 in most cases. bottom line is the maturity of the sitter, and i just don't see a 9 yr old as being that mature.
It totally depends on the maturity of the Babysitter.
Some 9 year old's are smarter than 20 year old's.
No.
That 13 yar old is too young to babysit.
No. Nine years old is too young to babysit.
Yes, if that person is responsible, mature and has experience.
no.
I wouldn't recommend it.
In Canada I don't think that there is really a legal age to babysit. It is up to the parents. I know many 13 year old people that babysit 9 year old children and it has turned out fine. But it also depends on the child who is babysitting. If the parents feel that he or she is responsible enough, there should be no problem with them babysitting a 9 year old.
Yeas. It mabe looks impasoble but some smart 9 year olds can.
No. There is supposed to be someone of 16yrs or older watching them.
It depends on how long, and how responsible the 9 year old is. Some 9 year olds I know could handle it for a couple hours, but I also know some that i wouldn't dare leave a little kid with.
Yes. A 12 year old will not find it hard to maintain discipline with a 9 and 7 year old, but it is a good idea to tell them to behave and offer a reward if they are good. She/he will find it easier if they know to behave.
It's not illegal it just depends on how mature you are and if you are able to take care of them.
