It would depend on the size of the churches, but it is done all the time in other denominations. By having one service at 9 and the other at 11, the two services don't conflict. Meetings for the two congregations can be scheduled so they don't interfere with each other.

Is there an office of a bishop in the Baptist church? I believe that their are two offices in the church. The office of the Pastor and the Deacon.
