If it is a full British passport (not an overseas or temporary passport), then all that's needed is a passport for travel to other European Union countries. The passport can even be expired. However, airlines may have different rules; check with your airline or ferry company first.
no way can you travel to any part of Europe now without a passport, not since 9 11 security is tightened so much. one could travel to France with a driving licence at one time too (photo licence) but not now. ihave been told by a travel agent you can travel with a valid passport to Europe as long as it has time remaining on it when you return even if it is only one day remaining...
Hi

Yes, you do need your passport.
no you can't
i am sure u have to have a passport to get to Spain but I'm not sure if u r on the military!?
1) All British passports are the same length (and width). 2) If you mean how long must it be valid, the answer is zero. The Canary Islands are part of Spain, which is in the EU. So long as your passport is valid a British Citizen can travel anywhere in the EU
yes dumbo
yes, you need a visa as you are not a british passport holder.
You need a valid passport only.
Contact the British Embassy in Madrid. British consulates should provide that service also.
Many countries require visitors to have a valid passport with at least 6 months left before expiry. Best check with the Spanish embassy for their regulations. Don't rely on a travel agent for accurate advice.
passport is very important! no matter how old is the baby.
Yes, it is good until it expires.
