It depends on whether he "owns" it or not. All parish Catholic schools in a diocese belong, at least in the United States to the bishop as a corporate sole, and the bishop can legally do anything he wants to with the property entrusted to him for the good of souls. If a religious Order or some other group owns the school, then the bishop will be more limited in what he may do.
A bishop is lower down than the archbishop.
mabey
The archbishop is a person like the pope but two steps down and the Bishop himself the arch bishop is one step down and when the Bishop dies the Arch bishop becomes the Bishop
There are hundreds of St. Theresa Catholic schools worldwide, you would have to be more specific to get an answer.

There is no corporate "Catholic Church". Every single diocese in the world is headed by a Bishop and is a Catholic Church proper. The Bishop, at least in the United States, owns every piece of property, every Church, parish hall, rectory, school, etc. in his name as a corporate sole. As a full successor to the apostles, he has the completeness of Christ's priesthood and is ultimately responsible for everything in his diocese. So you really have to narrow your question down, are you asking about works of art in the Vatican or somewhere else. The Vatican, itself is the diocese of Rome with the Pope as the Bishop of Rome. In addition to being Bishop of Rome, of course, he is the Vicar of Christ, and is ultimately responsible for anything that Our Blessed Lord puts in his way. As Bishop of Rome, he would be buying works of art that are in the Vatican, and they, of course, are left to his successor, all of whom hold them in trust for the "Church" as a whole. So, he would be paying for them out of his income which is know as Peter's Pence, it is a regular collection from every Catholic Church in the world, once a year, that is send to Rome for the Holy Father to do with as he sees fit.
The school closed down in 1983. At that time work was being done to build a new school to replace it, the Sir Frederick Fraser School for the Visually Impaired. This school is now APSEA, the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority.
Yes, it can be too hot for school, for example, mmost schools close down on the days that there are extreme heat waves
William Avery Bishop (Billy Bishop)
No. Newtownhamilton Primary School will not close. The school has a very healthy budget, it is more than fulfilling its obligations under the Northern Ireland Curriculum, it has an enthusiastic and experienced staff and the school enjoys the support of its parents and the local community. We are going nowhere.
