as a convicted felon i had to have all my weapons given to the police or to members of my family. this was forever. also as a felon you can't vote ( no big problem) and a couple of other things which i forget. now where i live you don't get a felony sentence unless you waved it around and tried to shoot stars out of the country sky while drunk as can be threatening your mother-in law with it . otherwise it's only a misdeminer
