Possibly, if the giant is the mother- but very, very risky.
Dwarf rabbit things.
No, the German Giant it the biggest known rabbit in the world. =]
Dwarf rabbits typically have a litter size that can range from 1 to 6 babies, but they can sometimes have more. The number of nipples does not directly determine the number of babies a rabbit can have, as rabbits can often nurse multiple kits at once. A female rabbit can produce more milk than there are nipples, allowing each kit to thrive even if not every one is nursing from a separate nipple. Overall, the reproductive capacity of a dwarf rabbit depends on various factors, including health and genetics.

I think 'dwarf' in dwarf lopped means that the ears are small not the actual rabbit because I had a French Dwarf Lop and she was HUGE! An English Lopped Rabbit has ears that brush across the floor usually, but a FDL ears don't. :)
They are the same species (European Rabbit), but they are different breeds.
Depends on the breed of rabbit you have and how old it is. Some smaller rabbits can have 2 while bigger rabbits can have 21. My rabbit is 2yrs old, medium sized, californian x lop dwarf and has about 8 babies.
A sight that a mother Dwarft rabbit is abandoning one of her babies is that if you hold the baby, the mother doesnt like it and will not take care of it anymore.
