Some of them DO and some of them DO NOT. The following information was taken from the Straight Talk website...The following Straight Talk cell phones DO have a SIM card:
Samsung models: T528G, T340G, T404G, T401G, T255G
Motorola models: W418G
LG models: 900G, 420G, 620G
Nokia models: E71, 6790

∙ 12y agoAt one time, yes you could do an exchange with a small fee. The phone (if in stock) was usually a refurbished phone. However, I have not seen or heard of any offers made recently that allow for an exchange of upgraded phones. Would be nice, if they did continue that service. That was one feature that made them (straight talk/tracfone) special.

∙ 9y agoYes, it can. Verizon and Sprint use the CDMA network and the SIM Kit you can buy at Wal-Mart ($59.88 plus tax.) or online have a number "patch" that will enable your CDMA phone to work on the Straight Talk network.

I had my att go phone unlocked and tried to use my sim card from st. talk which I found out uses att service towers in my area however, it didn't work. It stated "sim crash"

Just dont tell them that the phone isn't from straight talk. If it's one of their phones they wont know the difference. Just tell them that a friend gave you the phone or something like that and you need a new sim card because it didn't have one.
