Yes. To be transferrable, the firearm must have been manufactured and imported prior to the Gun Control Act of 1968 (for imported weapons), or have been manufactured prior to the Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986 (for domestically manufactured weapons, including imported weapons which were made 922r compliant with US-made parts and converted).
