Some antidiarrheal drugs can affect the results of drug tests. One example is loperamide, which is the active ingredient in Imodium. The reason that it can affect a drug test is that it is an opioid.

Will bi polar medication show up on drug test?

it depends on what drug you are taking for bipolar disorder and whether you are on anti-psychotics or not. I myself have found in the past that it does if you are prescribed a stimulant as well as mood stabilisers and anti-psychotics like me. If you are prescribed a stimulant such as Adderall, Ritalin or Concerta then the answer is most likely yes as it will show up in the amphetamine section. Although if you have a doctors note saying what medication you take and how often etc then you can often be excused from any positive indications on the drug test but this is only if they are known to cause positive indications in that section. If you have any worries don't hesitate to ask your GP or the family doctor etc. Personally i have never found any of my medication cause a positive indication in any section; I don't know your medication though so if you'd like to send me a message on my message board i would be happy to answer it in more detail for you.
