No. They cannot. A bad check is one that is either not signed or has expired or the signature of the check issuer doesnt match bank records or the account doesnt have enough money to pay for the check. In either case, the bank will never pay for a bad check and so, there is no way the check that was deposited goes through. It will be Rejected.
