Frogs do not become impregnated. Females lay their eggs at the same time as the male fertilizes them. Whether frogs of different species can mate, it's unlikely. Nature has put in place mechanisms making this difficult. Females are attracted only to calls of males of her own species, and some frogs only breed for a week or two during an entire year.
