It would definitely be hard for a cat to kill a human, but yes, it is possible. Cats, especially wild cats, can carry diseases, including rabies, a viral disease that can be caught by humans. If a human is bitten by an infected cat, it is very likely they will catch rabies. Worldwide 50000 people die from rabies, though not all of these numbers would be from cats, this just proves cats can kill humans. Rabies is just one of the infections and diseases transmitted from cats and other mammals, to humans. Cats can also carry bacteria on and under their claws, and if they scratch or claw a human, the bacteria can infect the wound. Though this would be unlikely to be fatal to humans, perhaps if the human had a weak immune system, it could at least make a human sick. Cats, though they are not known to be as aggressive and persistent, unless defending themselves, could most likely kill or heavily harm a human just with it's claws and teeth, if the human did not harm the cat in self defence. Cats are smaller then a human being, but it is possible for them to be fatal to humans.
For the most part, no - cats are too small to be a physical threat to humans. However, some cats carry Bartonella, which can cause cat scratch fever in humans that can be fatal in some instances.
Yes , it is considered animal cruelty if you mean to do it on purpose. If the killing is an accident (like a hit and run) than not exactly. Its terrible but you will not get in much trouble because most likely it will be a stray cat and they get run over commonly. If on purpose you will be charged with Animal Cruelty. It is a seriuos crime now because there are alot of sick people out there
Just about anything that would kill a human. But why would you need to do that and if it is necessary ask a vet and do it right.

Wild cats will fight for territory or food. Cats can be injured or even killed in the fight. I'm not sure if there is any cats that will think of other cats as food though.
A small cat can kill a huge dog.

leave the cat alone that is being cruel .
If a cat would eat starfish, it may kill him. As for a starfish attacking a cat and killing him, it would not happen.

It would be extremely rude to kill a cardinal because it is a famous bird, and the Cardinals mascot. You wouldn't be put in jail if you weren't caught. Although you would have a punishment for killing one if you were caught, but I can insure you that you won't be put in jail for a killing a cardinal. If you were put in jail, that would be cruel and unusual.
1 sec sorry 100000000000 years
